Is there a way to disable the icon "system" y Performance and Maintenance,
or hide it?

Go to
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx and
download Tweakui.. once installed and run, look for Control Panel on the
left side of the Tweakui window.. uncheck whatever icon you wish..
