System Idle Process Very High

Hello,
Over the past few days my PC has started running very very slow. Games that would load in a second on the highest setting are now taking forever and so on. I've read around and it would seem that perhaps disabling a certain Driver might do the trick. But I'm not sure which and I don't know how to check which one is requesting the CPU cycles.
Does anyone have a selution?

If it has just started running slow it sounds more like a spyware problem, try running an anti-spyware program like spybot search and destroy. Also run an anti-virus scan just to be sure.
