Hello. I built a new pc a couple months ago and ever since then I have been getting a System Kernel-Power 41 (63) error randomly when the pc is in use. The kernel-power error occurs at random so I never know when it's going to happen or what is causing it. The thing is I have not experienced this issue when the system is under load when i'm stress testing or playing a game it seems like most of the time it will happen when the computer has woken up from sleep mode or possibly when the system is idle at times but that seems to be about it. Most of the time i'm away from my pc when I get this error so I miss the blue screen and have to go into event viewer to see if the system has crashed again. This has been really frustrating and I've been having a hard time trying to figure out how to fix this. I will do my best to provide all the crash info I can as well. Any help would really be appreciated!

Need full system specs in the post including the power supply brand and model. Most common cause of those errors are power supply or video card being faulty. If anything is overclocked set it to stock speeds.
Thank you for the quick reply. My system specs are
i7 9700k
Msi Armor 2070 oc model
Msi Z390 A-Pro motherboard
G skill Ripjaws Ram 3600 kit 2x8 gb
EVGA 600w GD 80+gold psu
Note: all hardware is at its stock clocks and nothing has been overclocked.

Parts are good quality, did you try a clean windows setup? Check for BIOS and driver updates for the motherboard as well as the video card? Test with another video card or with only onboard video? Maybe a good idea to contact EVGA and MSI support and see if they think replacing the PSU or video card is an option.

I have done a fresh reinstall of windows 10 numerous times and it has not solved my problem, I updated my bios just a week ago and still no fix. It's been an absolute headache trying to fix this because when I'm running stress tests on my cpu or gpu the system has not restarted. Its completely unpredictable!
