[SOLVED] System not posting after updating bios

Last night I tried to update my bios because games were crashing and was wondering if it was that issue, when I flashed my bios and installed the latest version, the pc wouldn't start after that. I didn't interrupt the process btw. I have tried resetting hte CMOS, flashing it again, making sure my thumbdrive was FAT32. I have run out of ideas, it is just stuck on the screen saying that I had a post failure. I don't think my motherboard is bricked because everything works, such as the lights and my mouse and keyboard.

i7 9700k
Asus z390-E
rtx 2070
16gb Ram

you can still get into the BIOS to attempt flashing again?

yup, because it gives me a screen that says that it posted in safe mode, press F1 to enter setup. And when i press F1, it brings me to bios where I am able to flash it.

this is the image that it gives me before it press F1 to enter bios. Don't mind the keboard error, i had unplugged evertyhing to see if it would post but it didn't. If it helps when I first turn on the pc, the mother board lights alternate red yellow red yellow a few times before turning white, then green, then that image.

just a regular post screen.
usually is disabled after a successful boot and will only show manufacturer logo or personal image.

there's always a chance that the OS is just corrupt and throwing out an error upon loading.
create an up to date installer on USB and see if the install package runs successfully:
