[SOLVED] System not posting after updating bios

Last night I tried to update my bios because games were crashing and was wondering if it was that issue, when I flashed my bios and installed the latest version, the pc wouldn't start after that. I didn't interrupt the process btw. I have tried resetting hte CMOS, flashing it again, making sure my thumbdrive was FAT32. I have run out of ideas, it is just stuck on the screen saying that I had a post failure. I don't think my motherboard is bricked because everything works, such as the lights and my mouse and keyboard.

Asus z390-E
rtx 2070
16gb Ram

just a regular post screen.
usually is disabled after a successful boot and will only show manufacturer logo or personal image.

there's always a chance that the OS is just corrupt and throwing out an error upon loading.
create an up to date installer on USB and see if the install package runs successfully:
