System Restore Asus X53U Problem

Hi guys, i want to ask you something about system restore for Asus laptops

i've followed the instruction from here Tutorial and occured a problem.

I wanted to factory restore my computer so it would be exactly the way it was when i bought it.
But now nothing works, the language is now in english (not complaining), but i am from sweden so i want it to be in swedish. the cmd thing pop up whenever i start the computer and it restarts after 15 seconds. and thats it!

Now nothing works, all drives are gone, and i dont know what to do.
I tried to talk to Asus support but they are famous to be the slowest support ever.

Have you called ASUS yet? Maybe they could help. Did you try going to Windows>run>system restore then it should guide you through and at some point an option to do a factory restore. You could also ask them for system restore CD's.

i would but its taking them forever to answer, i once waited 40 minutes just to speak to someone until they told me to hold again.. so i hang up 😛
