[SOLVED] System Stuck in a Boot Loop

My PC is stuck in a boot loop and the internal speaker is sounding off 4 long beeps and 1 short beep before getting into bios. I have made sure everything is plugged in properly and removed my ram and gpu to try booting without it and still the same issue. I have had boot loop issues in the past where I would take out and put back in the ram and that would fix it but this time I can't get it back and running. I've seen many different things on the error code I am getting and I'm not sure what it means and was wondering if anyone could help me out.

Try a CMOS reset. This is will reset your BIOS settings to factory defaults.

Try different RAM Slots on the board and try booting with a single stick of RAM.
