System Time Wrong

Hey guys I've got an Intel Server Board model Se7505 running 2 Xeon 3 GHZ cpus. Recently I've noticed the system time is wrong. I can update the time and come back a couple of hours later and the time is wrong again. I checked the cmos battery and it appears to be good. Also my BIOS settings are retained when I power down. Do I have a bad MB? Any ideas?

If you find yourself in the past, change date/time in BIOS.
If it keeps happening, its the battery.
How did you check the CMOS battery?

I've seen this happen before.
What time zone are you set to? Make sure its the correct one, otherwise hen windows auto-updates the time...
