[SOLVED] SYSTEM_THREAD_EXEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD

When i go to startup my PC it instantly BSODs saying SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED i cannot get into recovery as it BSODs and putting in a setup USB leads to the same error

any ideas?

what make/model motherboard is it? As you shouldn't get BSOD booting off installer, so positive it is not just ignoring the USB and trying to boot off the PC instead? It might have secure boot or fast boot on in bios

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.
