Will this system work without compatibility problems?

compatible, yes. however, the cpu outweighs the other components. drop it to an i3-4160 or something, and bump the gpu to gtx760. the corsair CX 500 is trash, change that out too. antec, xfx, seasonic can't go wrong with those brands. there are particular models of corsair and other brands that are proven reliable, what's your location i could recommend the cheapest

CPU is powerful because I need CPU and I will upgrade my GPU to 960 or 970 some time later ( I don't want CPU bottlenecks) and I will use 750 ti as my media center PC's GPU. I chose it because its power consumption is low and it can handle latest games on med-high quality. And... for the PSU best available brands are Cooler Master and Corsair. No XFX or Seasonic.

Sure, an i3 won't cause bottlenecks but as I said I need CPU power. My current CPU (2nd gen Intel i5) sometimes works on peek load and it is not enough. And I want it to be future proof as much as possible. To me i5 4590 is the best option.
