Figure out what is attempting to launch that file. You can try this. Go
Start-Run-Type msconfig and click OK. Now go to the startup tab and look
for anything referencing that file (which it probably won't). Then you
can try unchecking different things and rebooting until you figure out
which one launches that file. Then you can either reinstall the
software or delete the startup file.
