My taskbar is now on the right side of my screen insteand
of across the bottom and I can't get it back to the
bottom. How do I move it back? Resizing it only goes
left and right, not up and down.

unlock it first , right click select unlock then move it

Welll all u got to do is do a right click on the taskbar
and u will find an option called lock the task bar just
unmark that and drag the task bar to your desired place
byeeeeeeee
