Gotta agree there. IIRC, Tyranitar and Dragonite had equal attack rating. (I
might be off a bit though ^^)

This one, I think, is more a builder. Curse plus Agility to help with the
speed. (Although, to be honest, if you're going to use Curse, speed shouldn't
be an issue.) Thunderwave softens the opponent nicely. Then hit a Baton Pass
to pass the extra attack and defense to the next one. This set up could be
done with several pokemon, but Jolteon would make a decent one.

My faves have always been Thunderpunch or Ice Punch. Ya never know when that
extra special attack can come in handy.

Let's not forget, his other Jolteon isn't a fighter. His team can face a
disadvantage, since that Jolteon is for pumping up a Pokemon with Baton Pass.
This is gonna have to be tackled with a delicate balance. With one Pokemon as
a virtual non-fighter, it's already 5 against 6. Although, a unique advantage
here is a psych out factor. His opponent might think "Hey! He used that
Jolteon to pump up his Tyranitar last time. I don't have anything to worry
about." and then find out the fun way this Jolteon is for fighting ^^

The STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus) is x1.5 ^^
