Adding an SSD to a Lenovo LOQ 15 (intel) and looking for feedback on these sticks: Z440 lite and Cardea zero Z440 , both in 1TB. Use? Let me stick with only gaming for now, and I will play older games. The only other stick I was considering was the Kingston KC3000.

I find very little online reviewing the 'Lite' but think it could work well for me, even with using system ram instead of having a cache. Don't think heat will be much of an issue for me.

Thanks in advance for any input,

Mac

Might want to pass on the SKU to your LOQ laptop.

I'd advise on avoiding Kingston KC3000's. Kingston's tend to have a high failure rate or so from what I've seen. I would go for this drive;
In fact that series is best in terms of performance, provided your slot isn't PCIe 3.0 and is indeed PCIe 4.0;

Looks like it.

You're good to go with your PCIe 4.0 SSD purchase.

Apologies for the late reply, not sure whey TH isn't sending emails. That was the other 'stick' I was also considering. My sku is 82XV0095US. Definitely like all 3 of these TeamGroup 1 TB's over the Patriot Viper VP 4100 in that size, among others.

Thank you Luthj.
