Question temperature motherboard issue

hello friends .

i have a laptop Asus ROG-GL552JX during Normal use the motherboard and the cpu temp are kinda of high cpu Are 64C to 70C and the motherboard

please let me know is t normal and if not what should i do is it a good idea to change the paste for the cpu
