temps for i5-3570k

i just installed the i5 3570k cpu and h60 cooling and sitting in bios after just installing temps are sitting at 43-47c is that good or do i need to re seat it i have smart fan turned off and everything for the pump. my case is a 300r corsair i have fans everywhere on it and my motherboard is a z77a-g45 msi please let me know if i should try re seating it.

I can't see that picture fella. But when it comes to the temps, there are a number of reasons for it being that high. First up is that there may be air bubbles between the cooler and the CPU which would stop the cooler from dissipating the heat properly. The next is that there is too much or not enough thermal paste, which would also stop the effective transfer between CPU and cooler. As I don't know if you lifted the cooler off completely when you reseated it, I can only guess as to which one is the actual problem.

My advice for now would be to leave everything as it is, don't attempt any overclocking and order yourself some MX-5 thermal paste. Once it arrives strip everything apart and clean off all the old thermal paste thoroughly...
