Build Advice Terrible Situation [Low FPS]

Hey guys recently I’ve had terrible FPS in csgo around 80-120 in casual and about 150-220 in wingman and I stream a lot. Since my pc is starting to slowly slow down i need a new cpu, but I also don’t have a monitor because right now I’m using a 19 inch insignia tv. So what should I upgrade first?
Specs of pc
Ryzen 2400g
1x8gb 2666mhz ram
Rx 480 4gb

Definitely for streaming upgrade your ram to 16gb 8x2 config in dual channel and since your on ryzen 5 2400g try upgrading that next, gpu last as the rx 480 is still a little beast today. And whats your specific mobo model? Check your mobo manufacturers site to see all supported cpu and make sure you uodate your bios to latest before plugging in new cpu.
