Question Text looks Blurry 1080P Rtx 3080 TI

Hello, recently got an RTX 3080 ti (i had a 1080 ti before) installed and updates drivers and well, i'm little dissapointed, i use a 4K monitor, downscaled to 1080P (i use the monitor and a bigger 1080p TV) well, anyways, even with screen duplication, text looks blurry, some leters and numbers looks like the gpu added a weird filter to some of them, i could ignore, but someone said that it could be a faulty card, i'm missing something? a filter that the gpu aauto activated? this doesn't actually happened with my old 1080 TI

The monitor is just a 4K 32 inch, 60hz, The gpu is an MSi rtx 3080 TI gaming x Trio

When you say "downscaled to 1080p" how are you doing that ?

Well, more than a downscaled, using just 1080P in my monitor instead of 4K

Using a non-native resolution will cause the issues you are seeing. The monitor is going to UPSCALE the low resolution to the resolution of the panel (4K). That can cause artifacts.
