You know, it's not an altogether bad idea. Just because your case is outside on the balcony, there's no reason why you couldn't run the keyboard, monitor and mouse inside and stay comfortable.

Hmm I'd need to throw anti freeze in my water lines to do that lol! Anyway I don't really see the point unless you want to try some extreme overclocking. Nice temps though!
