If you are playing with a lot of things open, your 8GBs might get filled up. If you have a slow DRIVE (not driver.) it wouldn't be able to pull the data off the drive and get it into ram fast enough. This would provide you with choppy frames until the data was loaded. I doubt this is what's going on as you said the frames do increase, just not fast enough for your liking. It's an odd issue for sure, but seeing as it does hit 60FPS I'm not sure what can be done to fix it.

i know i mean it takes alot of time to move from rate to other rate and if any frame changes i can notice it badlley as if a hit have damaged my game

yes i tried o turn it off its better by 1 or 2 fps but the card itself is still heavy i mean doesnt move quicly niether in increseing or decreasing about usage its 97% 57 in heat

what do u mean by ram or driver slow issues i mean what driver so the card is good ? its about all games and it doesnt move instantly do u recommend an exact driver version ? or i upgrade to the lateset nividea driver and see but what if it was the ram ?
