Question The charger adapter keeps on blinking

I'm trying to boot up my system but apparently the charger adapter blinks as soon as I allow power supply flow through it. Any help on what I should do?

I'd expect the user manual of the item you bought mention the exact meaning of the indicator led.

Also, you should know that YOUR device may use a indicator LED for a different purpose/warning/info compared to another similar device from another manufacturer, and therefore it's strongly advisable to include the full model name of the laptop - and in this case a picture of the power adapter in question.
