The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code

Ok, just rebuilt my computer and it seems to freeze about every hour while
playing WoW online. I am using onboard sound on an ASUS K8V-X with a Sempron
3000+.

In checking my event logs, the application lists the following errors at
corresponding times to the system freezes. By freez, I mean I can't alt tab
out of the program or get the system to recognize any type of input. I have
to do a hard reboot every time.
THe full text of the error message is:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: EventSystem
Event Category: (50)
Event ID: 4609
Date: 8/13/2005
Time: 9:26:51 PM
User: N/A
Computer: NALA
Description:
The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code during its internal
processing. HRESULT was C0000005 from line 44 of
d:\qxp_slp\com\com1x\src\events\tier1\eventsystemobj.cpp. Please contact
Microsoft Product Support Services to report this error.

Needless to say, I'm here because navigating to the link gave me no
information.
Can anyone help me. And if this isn't the place to ask this, I'm sure one
of you will let me know. lol

error message. THat one is:

Event Source: EvntAgnt
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1015
Date: 8/13/2005

Computer: NALA
Description:
TraceLevel parameter not located in registry; Default trace level used is 32.

Try this.

Open Services...
Start | Run | Type: services.msc | Click OK |
Scroll down to and double click COM+ Event System and set to Automatic |
Click Apply | Click the Start button | When started, click OK |
Scroll down to and double click COM+ System Application and set to
Automatic | Click Apply | Click the Start button | When started, click OK |
Close Services

Thx! I just made the changes and will have to play a little Word of Warcraft
to find out. LOL. I"ll get back to you on how it workes.

I'll try that. Would these messages correspond with the system freezing?
The articles seem to indicate its not a real problem. More informational
than anything, but perhaps I'm not getting the gist of it. lol
