[SOLVED] The "Copy/Paste" window pops up every time I click a textbox in Windows, but only in Windows

Basically the title. It's almost like a key is pressed, but upon careful inspection of hardware I can not locate a malfunction. Plus this does not happen (that I have noticed) outside of Windows applications. I'll send an example here as an unlisted Youtube video (adding the video here after it is done processing)

So I'm thinking maybe it's some kind of weird key getting held but I cannot for the life of me find it? Please assist! I tried searching otherwise but cannot for the life of me figure out to word it to find an answer.

This looks more like a software issue. Have you installed any new software lately? The first thing I would try is to open Command Prompt as an Administrator, type in sfc /scannow, and press...

This looks more like a software issue. Have you installed any new software lately? The first thing I would try is to open Command Prompt as an Administrator, type in sfc /scannow, and press enter. Once the scan finishes, reboot and see if it still happens.

This fixed the problem. Thank you a ton. One strange occurrence now though, it says repairs are pending and to restart my PC then run sfc again. I did so, but it still says repairs are pending. The issue is fixed, though. Thank you.

I‘n glad it’s working now. Do you have a screenshot of the message that repairs are pending?
