The left sound port of woofer not working properly in my Creative 2.1

Earlier today I noticed that my left speaker was giving low input than my right speaker so I checked my PC audio jack and drivers and also the speakers sound balance. All were fine so I tested the speakers they were also fine.
I changed the connection in my woofer ( Right speaker to left port and Left speaker to right port) and now the right speaker is giving low input.
So the problem lies with the port in the Woofer so please help me.

First try using the headphone jack as the output and make sure its not the reap audio out thats having the issue.
other then that, The woofer houses the speaker amps; time to have it serviced.
