This is ridiculous! I am glad that Tuan has been able to get this resolved!
Though, I hope there will not be any legal or professional repercussions for Tuan. I must ask though, besides the false claims without sufficient data to back them, is the use of the apple logo, Ipod, Imac, Macbook/Pro entirely legal. He uses disclaimers, but I do not believe he has left himself enough room, nor has covered all of the bases/products used. He even uses an older Macintosh advertisement? I would believe Apple Inc. would like to hear about this... Their legal team usually likes to weigh in on anything related to something like this.
Good work Tuan!
Just think of what would have happened if you were a regular consumer?
