What about this. My parents dont has cash and i need a laptop that basically has an i7.

What are you going to use it for? Why would you need an i7 but only integrated graphics?

How much do you guys spend on a case? I have plenty of cash and wouldn't mind dishing out $200+ for a highly attractive case that'll simply last me for a long time.

I never spend more than $80 on principle. Especially if it is just an average PC with a gtx960. No need for anything crazy at all.

The Phantom 410 will work for you just fine. You will slide the middle drive bays out and use the bottom one for your storage.

A 960 would be temporary. I'll probably be getting a 980Ti down the road or something. I figure rather than keeping getting a new case, just get an awesome one.

Hopefully that speeds up this process a bit. 😛

Short list of things to do to car:
-Fix weatherstripping
-Tire rotation and alignment
-Freon??? or whatever will make my A/C work at the right temperature. Now it is actually blowing cold air.
-Loose gas cap sensor...

Things to do to my computer:
-Dust out
-Defrag, virus scans, etc
-Figure out where 60 gigs of space got eaten up.
-Try to get my friend to give me his old 80 gb HDD for Linux purposes.

That has a good 1080p screen and the gt 940m... I think the one I linked you has a 720p screen.

What's the difference in laptop I5 and I7 CPUs? Maybe it changed since Ivy Bridge, but my I7 3... in my laptop is 2 cores with hyperthreading.

Okay, I have decided today on the NZXT H440 as my case. $100 on Microcenter. For my motherboard, there's no question the MSI SLI Krait Z97 is going to fit right into the color spectrum of the case. For my graphics card - does anyone know of a black and white card?

Now i7s are quad cores w/ hyperthreading... Most of them.. Also i5s can either be dual or quad core.

I agree, the P180 is venerable. You know what they say, imitation is the ultimate form of flattery.

I like In Win's direction though. The tempered glass design is very nice... too bad they are so expensive.

Needless to say, I'm a $100 kinda guy.

On another note I should be getting my Zotac board any minute now (ha! mailman just dropped it off while I was writing this), here is how my system is shaping up:

Case: TBD (most likely Silverstone RVZ02B when/if released)
PSU: 450 - 550W Silverstone SFX (next purchase)
Motherboard: Zotac Z77 mITX WIFI (purchased)
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K (owned)
Cooler: Noctua NH-L9i (next purchase)
RAM: 8GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3-1600 MHz (owned)
SSD: 120GB Samsung 840 Evo (owned)
HD: 750GB Seagate 7200 RPM 2.5" (owned)
Optical: TBD (not sure if using, depends on case)
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 760 SC ACX (owned)
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (spare license, owned)

The PSU is kind of an X factor at the moment. I really want to get the Raven case, and I have been very patiently waiting for it, but for some reason if that doesn't happen my backup options are the Azza Z which I can use a full size PSU with, or the Silverstone RVZ01B. I could even do a Bitfenix Prodigy. I'm definitely open for suggestions.

I'd choose a Rosewill Neutron over a Prodigy. My only gripe is that the fans are all 3-pin. Neutron isn't small, but Prodigy is HUGE for mITX.

I know there's the Prodigy M, which is micro ATX, but the base model Prodigy is too big? Huh, I shall investigate this further.

I got the white one, which does have some black here and there. It's fantastic! I transferred all my components over I love the look of it compared to my old case. It has so much room inside, was very easy to work with, and is simply stunning. The 4 fans are so quiet, so my case is no longer a noisy zoo like my old one. It has nice lighting, was super easy to work with and I highly recommend it.

Yes it is. I was going to buy a motherboard, but decided to hold off, same with graphics card. Mostly because the EVGA Supernova 750W G2 was $200 at Microcenter. So I decided to just get the case.
