I didn't notice the tubing pics and skipped to the chassis pics altogether. I know you've already purchased it but on specialtech or the likes they bundle a silver kill coil with an XSPC D5 Photon kit.

Caution though, you should keep an eye on the coolant and if it breaks down/turns clear. The silver kill coil isn't necessary at that point as XT-1 has additive in it. Regardless you can find another range of res jackets by Redharbinger on watercooling.co.uk i think + I knew you were joking.

Better quality pics, please :sarcastic:

DO NOT use a silver kill coil with Mayhems XT-1. Also, you need to flush that Alphacool radiator several times with very hot water and then final flush with distilled before using. Alphacool doesn't clean their radiators. All sorts of flux and grime inside those things.

Ok, Il flush my rad when i take it all apart when my block gets here, should i use the same liquid or use some new, and are you sure the XT-1 has additives in it? So shall i take the killcoil out, new liquid, (XT-1 Of course), also should i clean my rad out even though it has been in the loop for 2 months?
EDIT: I also have a nickel cpu block, so will that cause problems with XT-1 and/or Killcoil?

EK has expressed in the past that the kill coil in a distilled water only loop ruins the nickel plating on their blocks but since about a year or so ago they have confirmed you can use silver kill coils without voiding warranty. What stick did mention was right but I refrained from suggesting that since any watercooler newcomer or expert knows to flush rads thoroughly and notice for any flux. I'd assume all the flux has made their way to the most restrictive part of your loop and probably have minutely scratched the nickel plating layer. You should be able to see the results of that in a few months time.

Mayhems has confirmed the additives inside the XT-1 on his thread and is also shown on his site as well as other e-tailers.

I'd suggest doing what Stick said immediately instead of later. Its one of those stitch in time saves nine kinda scenarios mate :)

Yeah bud, XT-1 is pretty potent stuff, it has a plenty of anti-corrosive and biocide. The kill coil isn't just redundant, its also an extra type of metal to potential react with the 2 or 3 other metals in your loop, I would avoid it. If you've been using the rad already, well as Lutfij said, some of that gunk probably came loose already, you'll find it in the fins of your CPU and GPU block. It's not too late though, try one of Mayhem's Blitz kits, it's a two step flush that can clean even the dirtiest of Alphacool's radiators.

How much XT-1? Yes, there is a mixing scale. (Unless you bought pre-mix, which you might have, because Mayhem's only sends concentrates here in the States)

XT-1 is actually meant for sub-ambient cooling as it has glycol in it to keep it from freezing. However, it makes for good ambient coolant as well. Here is the scale if you have the concentrate...

If it sounds mechanical, that's bad. If it just sounds like something rubbing, it could be as simple as the fender well liner leaning against the tire and making noise on an incline.

It's most definitely mechanical. It's not the front fender. I'll bug my mom even more to go to the mechanic.
Chirstmas is a few days away, and I'm not going to ask for anything. Why? ' Cause after taking business classes(ahh ACADEC econ), nothing seems worth it. Now I need to figure out how to pitch a winter/summer job to my mom.

Just got back from picking up the tesla.

Tiny - The performance seats are amazing, no cons at all! Its charging now

its the black one

There is ATLEAST 10 where I live. Starting to get boring. First time cool, second time, nice, not so much after that. There are 2 or 3 GT-R's around here... and a crap ton or Porche's for some reason. That bow thought... I love it, even though I've seen it sooo mainy times over and over again, mainly on TV 😛.

Since the 750 ti uses 75 watts(from Mobo PCI) and the rest of my system is less than 80 watts(CPU 65 watts, nothing major besides that), and my PSU is at 192(12V rail) watts, I should be good for a 750ti from Galaxy. Well, that's the response I got here if you guys saw the thread. Maybe a christmas gift??

I'm in the inland empire as well.....

Think that one will be better than the Galaxy 750ti? What worries me is that I do not have the same DVI connector, and the Galaxy 750ti has the one my monitor has. hmmm. I really need to ask for one of these...

Tesla looks good. I see you got the base wheels and not the sport/performance ones. Smart move. Tires will be about 1/2 the cost for those wheels vs. the 21" performance wheels. Still pretty expensive, but not NEARLY as bad as it would be with the performance wheel option.

You are looking at $800ish a set vs. $1500-2000 a set.

40 or so relitaves came over for a feast, they really loved the car! My uncle was talking cars and said he is gonna sell his BMW 5 series and his wives 3 series so that he can either get an M4 or a Ghiblli.... -_-
