The pmw splitter

Solution
Read product description. In short, PWM signal/source from CPU, control all other PWM fans in your system/chassis and ramp up or die down with the flux of CPU temps or a single temp source.

PWM fans are necessary here since 3 pin fans are voltage controlled/regulated. Using a 3 pin fan on a PWM splitter would send them to run at full speed since the two wires they will connect/plug into are actuall the 12v pins - meaning full speed.

Yes. It's for those who have more fans than their mobo has fan connectors.

No, your mobo has 6 fan connectors in total. 1 for CPU, 1 for either pump or fan and 4 for system fans. No need to get a splitter. Also if your fans are voltage controlled and not PWM controlled, a simple 3 pin fan splitter will do.
