Hi, can the xfx radeon r7 250 2gb even somehow run to 300w psu.

It uses 65W to power, so you could use it but make sure the rest of the system is fairly low power. And of course, make sure the motherboard can take it.

Your power supply should list the total available Amps on the +12volt rail (it may have more than one +12volt rail. Post a picture of the power supply specs sticker if you can). Also, what CPU do you have so we can figure out its wattage.
