[SOLVED] the screen of my laptop turn off sometimes but still works with an external monitor , windows 7

Hello folks, i have an old laptop packard bell nj65, i turn on and sometimes the screen turn off and i must use a external monitor and works well on that way , somtimes the laptop screen turn on and i can see for a few time until thisturn off again, my question is how i can get logs of the screen issues to see what could be the problem? the laptop is using windows 7 and i cant upgrade right.

Seems like hardware issue, since it runs well with external monitor. And also consider their age, the issue might be flexible cable or laptop display panel.
