You don't even need a cardboard box for that, those Logisys units start fires all on their own. When shipping it, just say it's a large heavy lighter, slap a couple warning labels on there, it's all fine. Maybe add in a book of disclaimers just to be safe.

I love Tom's Hardware, but I hate GLEAM with a freakin passion. Why should I have to register on another site to win a contest on this site? It's bad enough that GLEAM wants my email address to send me spam (which you know is how that site is making money), but GLEAM also wants to "See who you follow, and follow new people, Update your profile, and Post Tweets for you." Screw you Gleam.

I respectfully boycott this giveaway and the virus that is GLEAM.

If you can recommend another raffle giveaway system I'd be happy to look into it.

I noticed some people are unhappy with Gleam and then saw this post, so I thought I'd help out a little, I've never done an online giveaway so I really don't know what to look for, so I just searched for giveaway system and found one called Rafflecopter. Think you might try it out?

Shrapnel_indie, try using incognito mode. (At least on chrome for android, that fixes it.) It's been doing that for a week and a half now.

Tonytran, this is a giveaway to have a chance at winning one of the computers that was already picked as one of the "best builds." If you win, you get sent a computer.

This is a separate thing from the actual build competition, which is over now, but will be back soon.

The giveaway thing seems to be bugged up. They separate my entries depending if I login from Steam or Toms. I tried logging out of steam. And now doesnt detect that I'm logged in in tomshardware and asks me to create another toms account lol.

Give it a shot now. You will need to input your public profile ID from Tom's Hardware to qualify.

i can only login with my email and normal password. if i try to login with my profile id it doesnt accept the login. is there a link to login with only id number and password made for this contest and can you link it?

I could really use a Gaming PC. My laptop is 7 years old and can't handle the latest titles and now my 5 year old son is bugging me to play games he sees YouTubers playing. Sorry son we don't have the hardware for that!

We in the States have to survive this solar eclipse thing first It's predicted schedule puts it about 13 minutes away to start... and "run" for about 3 hours... For those curious, where I'm at, it won't reach even 90% totality during the eclipse.

Got the entry to recognize my steam entry finally. You have to go into steam, edit profile. and under groups you have to actually pick Toms Hardware. Just clicking "Join group" after you click the link didn't work for me. Hope this helps

Same here, my computer is so old it runs Windows XP and has 1/2 GB of ram.

At least mine runs windows 7 lol. But it has 3gbs of like ddr2 or ddr3 ram, a pentium t4400, and whatever intel graphics that came with that that have only 64mb of vram lol.
