There is a mod folder that refuse to give me access at all

there is a folder in my program file x86 that pop up a dialog box when i try to replace it https://imgur.com/UdWIY64
i tried changing the ownership in the property menu but it says i don't have the permission to do so https://imgur.com/tmkC85B
and when i try the method in the post http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3493332/permission-open-file-solution.html it still deny my access?
How can i gain access to that file?

have you tried a restart? I found this in steam where they couldn't delete file but a restart made it disappear: https://steamcommunity.com/app/413150/discussions/0/133262738419931772/

you may need to delete it to replace it...

Thanks, i rebooted the computer and that file is gone? i have no idea why it did that but it is sloved now

restarting is the only time win 10 is actually off so it is likely the PC was just waiting for a restart to flush its memory of the folder.
