Question "There is no vbios support detected in this card" ?

Hello, I recently built a new PC with:

Mobo: MSI Z690 Edge WiFi DDR5
CPU: Intel i9-14400k
GPU: Gigabyte 4090
RAM: 64GB (16GB x 4) DDR5

Whenever my computer is fully shut off, if i go to turn it on it will restart a few times and show a message saying " There is no vbios support detected in this card " and then everything works.
Any idea why this message is appearing ?

Make sure all your system drivers and bios are up to date. Then test again.

Also idk if this helps with an answer but I’m not 100% sure about this but it seems like if I have my monitors on before turning the pc on I don’t run into this problem unless it’s coincidence every time.
