Question There's random spikes of 100% gpu usage

Yo, I've been getting random spike to 100% gpu usage in task manager as shown in the image below. There seems to also be a buzzing noise that comes along with the spike, everything runs normally but I'm concerned it might be something serious.
I was wondering if anyone knows what it may be and if there's cause for concern.

my specs are:
Intel Core i5-11400 (2.6/4.4GHz, 12M)
NVIDIA RTX 3060 12GB
2x8GB DDR4 3200 MHz
2TB 7200rpm
500 GB SSD M.2 NVMe
MSI MAG B560M BAZOOKA
Water Cooling MSI MAG CORELIQUID 240R ARGB

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Also try Resource Monitor (but not while using Task Manager). Resource Monitor may help narrow down what is happening.

Pay attention to what resources are being used, to what extent (%), and what is using any given resource when the buzzes occur.

i have a similar problem with my 1080Ti, im seeing spikes in GPU usage and clock when using certain desktop programs thathave always in the past not needed the extra power.

Rolling back drivers seemed to help, newer drivers seem to also not have the issue (496.13+), until i did a clean install of the latest (497.29) driver after having used it problem free for about 2 weeks and the spikes started again.
Strangest thing, i really want to know what the issue is here
