Thermal paste questions

1. When, moving a AiO by taking it off a AiO would I have to completely reapply the thermal paste or could I just put it back on with the CPU.

2. Is pre-applied thermal paste just as good as regular thermal paste.

3. What would I use to clean a CPU and CPU cooling block.

1. Yes, Clean both surfaces and reapply

2. Yes. Until the first time you take it off. Then you use some aftermarket stuff

3. Isopropyl alcohol and a lint free cloth. Like a coffee filter.
