Question Thin PWM-Controller with Knob (max. 3mm high)? (4-Pin Fan 5V)

I have the following problem.
I have a SEPA 5V 4-pin micro fan sitting in a cap, where I would like to control the RPM. To do this, I need a 4-pin PWM-controller. The problem is, I only have a space of a maximum of 3mm in height. This controller is supposed to sit in the side of a cap and the knob is supposed to stick out to adjust the speed. Are there such small PWM-controllers or has anyone a solution for this problem?
