Here's a benchmark of my old system that played most games at 1080p 50-60fps before I upgrade. Thoughts? Ridicule? I'm surprised it does what it does tbh

Your RAM with 5 DIMMs of different sizes is not appropriate for that CPU. It is a triple channel memory controller, you need 6 same sized DIMMs.
