I have tried almost everything I can think of with regards to this issue. My computer crashes when playing games, however I have noticed that it only crashes when playing DirectX games like Hitman 2 or BF5. When I play LOL, there is no problem. I have the dump file and can upload it.

Do you have a radeon GPU as that isd a common error for them

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link here and I will get someone to convert file into a format I can read

minidumps way smaller than normal dump files.

Thank you for the reply, Colif. Since the last time I had a BSOD, I have updated my BIOS to the latest version and updated windows. However, my minidump file I had was deleted in the process. I will attempt to recreate the problem again later today.

Hi, it appears you have uploaded .txt files with a list of drivers/programs loaded when the crash happened. Try to upload the actual dump file. You can look in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder. Copy any files from there to your desktop (or else you may have permission problems). Then upload those files to Google Drive.

I have sent link to a friend who will look at the cump and create a file I can use to try to figure out cause.

Hi, thanks for the replies. I got it to upload on OneDrive but not Google Drive.

OneDrive works. I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/W8os.html

File information:DumpFile.dmp (Mar 11 2019 - 16:20:06)
Bugcheck:THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER_M (100000EA)
Driver warnings:*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys
Probably caused by:dxgkrnl.sys (Process: System)
Uptime:0 Day(s), 11 Hour(s), 08 Min(s), and 51 Sec(s)

Possible Motherboard page: https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq...n-install-of-your-video-card-drivers.2402269/
It appears you have the latest BIOS (version F25) already installed.

I can't help you with this. Someone else will post with more information soon. Please wait for more answers. Good luck.

Thank you for trying. Also when I try to overclock through AMD Wattman I get the same error.

atikmdag.sys was blamed in the crash. I'm assuming it's an ATI graphics card driver. dxgkrnl.sys was also mentioned and that's a part of DirectX (also usually associated with the graphics card).

You can find a ton of others who've had this same crash before. It's one of the most common crashes. https://www.google.com/search?q=atikmdag.sys

Usually Colif will reply later in the day and sometimes others reply sooner. You can look things up while you wait for more answers.
