[citation][nom]acku[/nom]Any specific monitors? The list is pretty short on 1920x1200.[/citation]
Not sure if it's still available, but the 24" HP LP2475W HIPS is very good.
After using CRTs for such a long time, I finally decided to switch. Many
reviews later, I bought the LP2475W on the strength of the following
article and other comments I found elsewhere:

Do I have a complaint? Yes! That my idiot brain didn't make me buy this
thing years ago. 😀 It's fantastic. The advantages over a TN panel have
to be seen to be believed.
I think there's a newer Dell display which uses basically the same screen.
But yes, the range of 1200-height models is not great. The industry has
homed in on 1080, presumably for cost consolidation reasons. This is a
shame because the extra height really does make a difference for dealing
with documents, web browsing, etc., and to my eyes 1080 monitors make
gaming look a bit vertically narrow.
The only thing I miss is the 2048x1536 capability of my old CRT which
really was good for gaming.
