Question time to replace psu?

recently my psu has been very loud and rattles a lot, now it will sometimes not turn on from cold for up to 4 hours and the time is not in sync witch makes me think it cant charge the cmos it dose eventually turn on i don't think it can be mobo because i am not seeing anything strange going on i have tested ram and cpu all seems fine the psu is evga 650w bronze 80 plus (also at high rpm the noise goes away and also sometimes when i give it a little tap with my hand )

asus a320k . cpu: ryzern5 3600, ram: 16gb 3200 mhz, gpu: 1660 dual evo asus. psu: evga 650w bronze 80 plus

i was just asking to be 100% sure it was the psu because i cant get rma i have lost the receipt so i will have to pay full price

psu is about 2 years old and got it from amazon

but the mobo lights are on when it dose this no boot thing so it cant be anything like a cmos battery or cmos capacitor

You can get receipt from your order history. You file for RMA with EVGA directly.

The battery does not prevent booting, only saving BIOS settings.

That is something you sort with Amazon. Should not be an issue.

So I woke up today and it's not turning on all the mobo lights are on keyboard lights are on but I restarted the PSU and keyboard lights didn't come on how strange
