Tiny monitor

i'm looking for a tiny monitor(or equivelent) to carry around in a backpack. I'm thinking about using a color portable TV, but it would have really bad resolution. Gaming is not important, i would just like to run at at least 640x480.

TFT not good for carrying around as they break very easily.
