is it possible to create a title menu at the begining of the movie on wmm
like you get on many DVD's nowadays?

No, this is the domain of dvd authoring apps. Like sonic mydvd, nero,ulead
workshop etc.

If you can contend with the CD to be playable on PCs only then you can
choose the HighMat option which makes a selectable menu system for your
movies.

Choose to write to CD from within Movie Maker it will produce a highmat cd
with menu.
