GTA V seems a strong candidate.
I also think that Darkest Dungeon should be considered... so addictive. But since it is not released (only in Steam Early Access), I doubt it stands a chance.

Now please give me a copy of ME:SoM... until then, back into my Darkest Dungeons with my psychotic heroes.

The Witcher 3 should definitively be up for GOTY. So will Arkham Knight and Star Wars Battlefront is looking like it could be a contender. And like everyone else has said Bloodborne is up there as well (One of my personal favorites of the year).
