Lights out:

Of note, I did reroute that annoying CPU powercord by adding an extension and moving it behind the side panel

The computer station:

oops! I forgot to put the side panel back on before taking the picture!
The monitor to the left is my secondary system (previous primary) and you can just see the tower on the bottom for it. Gaming KB and mouse on the pull out shelf and the other on top.
I won't put up specs on the secondary as a major face-lift is in the works for it with a new case and MB.

Gotcha. Thanks for the advice and the explaination!

Also, as my cable management skills aren't too great, I made a blanking sheet for the other side:

Thanks very much for that. I've not had a look at Setup Wars believe it or not so will look to do that (just found the latest video on how to enter).

Not sure if you're interested in this kind of thing but you can see what this rig drives in the album linked below (basically lots of DIY gaming accessories - racing rig, arcade machine, console style cabinet etc):

These are older pictures as I recently made the display stand for the PC and obviously now have a new rig.

Great looking rigs here guys. I am super impressed with everyones work. Things have come a long way in the last 5 years for amazing looking builds.

I am not sure there has ever been a better time for rig builders. My builds look weak in comparison to many of these. I used to build some of the best stuff around, sounds like I might need to step my game up with all of you guys putting stuff like this out

I will post some if the Corsair Crystal 460x ever gets in stock. I can probably get the one with a standard fan and just get and put the HD120s in it but am not sure if I want the HD120s or the SP120s. Although it looks like the HD120s have a better SP rating and might also look better overall.

Build this pc in August haven't got around to posting it until now.

Specs:
Intel i5-6600K
Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 7
2X XFX Fury X
32GB Evga 2400
InWin 303
Evga 850 G2
Raid 0 Samsung EVO 850 500GB
Thermaltake Water Riing 360
Logitech G502+ Logitech G910
Samsung U28E590D

Let me tell you adding dual Fury X's was a pain. Hard to figure out how to put the rads since these things pump so much heat. Had to remove my 360mm Cpu rad and install a simple corsair instead.

4k Gaming performance is amazing in most of the games I play 100+ fps.

Wouldn't want you to miss out on this nightmare.

Both builds look great. I don't know why but that EVGA case just seems like a huge waste of space.

Always makes me realise mine isnt anything special after seeing some of these. I am posting as I have updated with new GPU, mouse and LEDs.

The aim was an orange, black and white theme where possible - so white LEDs, orange on the mobo heatsinks and GPU wording (RGB) and then orange and white on the Corsair Sabre mouse. Quite pleased with it!

Having used a Corsair carbide 500R since 2011 the EVGA case is (literally) a breath of fresh air! This EVGA case with the 8x140mm noctuas move SO MUCH air with minimal speed.. (158cfm fans @ max) No obstructions! under normal gaming load i barely reach highest 50C playing mafia3, GTA V, Far Cry Primal , BF 1, Titanfall 2.. etc etc. the GPU hardly ever sees 45C under gaming load with the hybrid cooler. absolutely no way i could have comfortably fit that into my old case. for me it was a perfect choice.
