Thanks guys, this sucker gets loud when I plug my 3 pin connectors into the motherboard lol. I think one of the channels on my fan controller is dying on me as the fans connected to it will sometimes randomly stop.

My other dilemma is cheap 3 pin extension cords connectors breaking on me that I've had for a few years. Has anyone used NZXT's sleeved cable extensions before?

I'm using a sleeved NZXT 24-pin motherboard power cable extension and it's great!

Here is my first build.

CPU: Intel Core i3 2120 3.3Ghz
Mobo: Asus P8H61 Pro
RAM: Corsair XMS3 1333Mhz 4Gb
PSU: Antec HCG 620W
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 500Gb
Optical: Sony 24x DVD Writer
Case: Zalman Z9 Plus
CPU Cooler (came with the case): Zalman CNPS 7500 CU LED

Graphics Card would have arrived today, but I did a test boot so long without it.

I don't know what more I can do.. the space in the Zalman Z9 Plus is quite limited it seems.

Looks like a nice case... going to be unique if you do all the paint and stuff!

It just seems like you have all of your wires everywhere... I guess you can't really run too many of your smaller (fan) wires behind there?

I could, but there's no space above the motherboard, and that's where I thought I could route my cables to. I'll do FINAL cable management once the graphics card is installed.

Theres ALWAYS somewhere for there cables to go, you just have to find it 😛

Old rig but really cheap case, see that slotfan? the wire for that went through the motherboard to the back of the mobo tray, and I just got worse from there on lol,
Start up a thread on the build when you start and we'll get you sorted mate :)

Thats great! Ok what I'll do. I'm going to unplug ALL the cables, install the graphics card I received this morning. Then I'll take a picture, open up a thread in the Homebuilt section with all the cables unplugged and both case side panels off. Then you guys help me?
