yeeeee the 2 psus worked great until I fried my 5850. Too bad too, I spent 2 days getting that wired up. I just picked up a accelero xtreme and am thinking of grabbing some sleeved nzxt cables or maybe a MDPC sleeving kit. I'll post some more when I get home today.

Does your motherboard support CF/SLI of them?

Find the logic! They is baus coolers and baus sounds when fans cranked up :)

and baus mods if you got modo skills.

Yes, triple sli/cf. I have no mod skills lol and if I go with anything close to that I won't be cfing it for at least 6 months. I'm not an extreme gamer, I only have time to play 2-3 hours a day.. If that.

nice ^_^

to be honest you might be better off saving your money for a 690/7990 with a system like that so when you do play you 3-way in game like a baus! :3

I'm jealous moto! lol. Do you have a thread on how you set those things up with w/c?

I'm old to computers but new to mods, lights, cases, really anything. Actually I stepped out of the computer scene for the last 4 years until just a few months ago. I had the Q6600 when it first came out, and was going for $1000! That was my last rig, and I had a crap ass sony vaio I bought from my girlfriends dad for about the last 3 years (sold my rig cuz i was poor lol).

So on that note, I am just getting my feet wet here, trying to get my basics down then pretty soon I am going to start getting in to sleeving my wires, internal lighting, matching fans with case/lights/color scheme.. etc. It's hard to prioritize, and my initial budget was ~$700-800 but when I started reading up about everything... lets just say I have alreday put ~$1400 in to my current set up as it is now. That's with out a graphics card mind you.

I doubt I will get tri-fire anything, any time soon. How much did those cards cost you?

$729.72 on todays exchange rate
I've only been building Pc's for about two years, but I'm a lifelong modder,
Motorbikes, Guitars, phones, theres not many things I've owned and not 'improved' hehe
and thank you for the compliment :)

get the computer OFF the desk.!!
What is wrong with it being on the desk???

I have mine sitting on my desk (though not side ways or so close to my monitors). It gets the best air flow, keeps it off the carpet, and a little hard for the little ones to mess with. This is a older pic (not longer active computer) but you can get a general idea. To the right is my monitor and keyboard (it is a corner desk)...
