my main SSD is not loading after windows update crashed.
can anyone please help

its laptop MSI GL73 9sc-027
only 5 months old so SSD is new came along with it.

see the specs and the bold with bigger font is SSD which shows unknow. it happened after windows update crashed few days back, and for now i have added my old HDD with windows 10 to use my laptop.
the data on SSD is important for me, please help me.

Every result i find for that shows a failed ssd. You might need to contact MSI to get a new one since laptop should be under warranty still.

if its showing as 0 there is a chance you can't get anything back off it. Its dead. I don't think you can get any info off it without sending it somewhere for recovery and that isn't cheap.
