Question TP-LINK AV600 WiFi not working

Hi,
my TP-LINK AV600 WiFi doesn't work anymore. It shows up in settings, but when I connect to it, it doesn't give any network. I tried moving the one that's connected to the router around, but it didn't help. The ethernet doesn't work either.

If the ethernet and the WIFI don't work, then it sounds like the two powerline units are not linking. Are both units plugged directly into the mains?
