TPC 812 Interfering with RAM?

So i have a TPC 812 CPU cooler, P8z77-v motherboard, and 2 sticks of corsair vengeance 8GB ram. The TPC 812 is pushing the RAM slightly (about a millemeter at the top of the ram) to the front of the case. Will this affect cooling/break the fan or ram? also if it does are there any solutions to fixing this problem? Will moving the ram so im not using dual channel memory greatly affect performance? Thanks!

you will have to use the two furthest slots, or use low profile ram such as
