TPM PCI Chip?

Hey, so I have a TPM (Trusted Platform Module) chip in my laptop for use with BitLocker Drive Encryption. It works great, but I'd like the same for my desktop. I looked around online for maybe a TPM PCI/PCI-e chip and can't find anything. I was wondering if anybody knows if these exist, or any other way (besides the use of a flash drive) to get a TPM chip for my desktop.
