Transcend 32GB USB write protected message,tried everything

the problem simply (note:i am just google crawler so please anyone can help talk to me in simple technical way,plz)
1-installed mavericks niresh dmg on usb transcend 32 gb
2-installation completed but had kernel panic ,anyway i got back and tried to fix that kernel panic(apple intel cpupower mangement)guided by hackintosh sites
3-after that usb wouldn't appear in explorer but appear in windows disk management as shown in pics
4-even in ubuntu couldn't be able to mount
5-as shown in photos test disk :write protected i can't do anything
note:there is no kind of physical switches or buttons in the usb drive

and after deep search i found that i HAD had 2 v big partitions i don't know anything about it

tried it ,and even created the registry because by default i haven't storage device polices registry ,,,so i created it and modified it to 0 and rename to be like the step 6 shown,,,but nothing happened

I did a little web-checking myself. I went to Transcend's website and looked around. Without knowing what model your flash drive is, I found one model that had 32 GB capacity, named JetFlash. Support has what looks like a snap-in recovery program.

Dear CP 7212 thanks for searching but i have tried this solution i downloaded the package that suits my usb flash drive but in-vain
and by the way of model no. of mu usb is TS32GJFT3S
